STEP ONE — REQUEST YOUR INSPECTION

Requested inspections will occur the following business day

BY EMAIL

Email your inspection request to inspectionrequest@walnut-creek.org prior to midnight the day before your requested inspection. Please provide your permit number, address, type of inspection(s), and your contact phone number in the email.   Failure to leave all information or incorrect information may result in your inspection not being scheduled.

BY PHONE

Call the inspection request line at 925-943-5833 prior to midnight the day before your requested inspection. This is a voicemail and you will not receive a call back. Leave the permit number, address, and type of inspection(s).     Failure to leave all information, incorrect information, or calling the incorrect    line may result in your inspection not being scheduled.

ONLINE

Log in to your account or register at https://aca.accela.com/wc. To schedule inspections online, you must have a registered account linked to your project. To link your account to your project, email buildingtech@walnut-creek.org — please provide your permit number and the email address associated with your account, and your relationship to the project.

 

STEP TWO — CONFIRM YOUR INSPECTION

IMPORTANT STEP : PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONFIRM YOUR INSPECTION

On the morning of your inspection, please call 925-943-5835 between 8:00am—8:30am to confirm you are on the schedule, speak with your inspector directly, and receive a time frame.
